Responsibilities
- Proven experience in operations with a focus on driving sales.
- Ensure all team members deliver a 5-star service at all times.
- Ensure all Procedures and Policies are followed as set by Thérapie Clinic.
- Conduct weekly 1-2-1 meetings with team members.
- Complete weekly reporting across operations and commercial targets.
- Manage employee relations including probation, disciplinary, and grievance management.
- Manage staff rostering and annual leave.
- Perform ad hoc duties as required.
Requirements
- Management or Supervision Experience.
- Organization and attention to detail skills.
- Mentoring capabilities.
- Customer Service experience.
