Our mission is simple: to make advanced, effective treatments accessible to everyone. We are looking for a Level 5 Laser Tattoo Removal Specialist to join our London Region. You will be responsible for delivering safe, effective, high-quality laser tattoo removal treatments, conducting detailed consultations, creating personalised treatment plans, and providing exceptional client care throughout the treatment journey. We want people to ‘Do their best work at Thérapie,’ and as part of the Clinic Team, you will play an important role in creating that environment and culture.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality laser tattoo removal treatments in line with Thérapie's treatment and clinical protocols.
- Conduct thorough consultations, assessing skin type, tattoo characteristics, medical history and contraindications.
- Create personalised treatment plans and set realistic expectations around treatment outcomes and timelines.
- Ensure accurate client records, informed consent and appropriate pre- and post-treatment advice.
- Maintain high standards of laser safety, hygiene, infection control and equipment maintenance.
- Monitor client progress and provide appropriate recommendations throughout their treatment journey.
- Build strong client relationships and deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Work collaboratively with the wider clinic team while contributing to individual and clinic targets.
Requirements
- Previous experience delivering laser tattoo removal treatments.
- Strong understanding of laser safety, skin types, tattoo pigments and treatment contraindications.
- Excellent consultation, communication and client care skills.
- Strong attention to detail when completing client records and treatment plans.
- Ability to work confidently towards individual and clinic targets.
- A professional, positive and empathetic approach.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of clinical practice and ongoing development.
