About the Role
This role involves monitoring and managing groups of up to 30 participants, developing lesson plans, and supporting curriculum execution and behavior management. Ideal candidates are motivated, organized, observant, engaging, and dynamic in fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage between 25 to 30 participants in and out of the classroom with assistance.
- Develop two-four weekly lesson plans.
- Execute pre-designed curriculum in a quality manner.
- Support behavior management.
- Attend professional development activities and meetings.
Requirements
- High school or equivalent required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with children required.
- 1 year of childcare experience preferred.
- First Aid Certification preferred.
- CPR Certification preferred.
