About the Role
iGaming Ontario is offering students valuable learning opportunities through its Student Program. A student position will provide meaningful hands-on experience, professional development, and exposure to Ontario’s dynamic and evolving iGaming sector.
Responsibilities
- Support the execution of consumer and industry market research projects.
- Conduct online research on igaming industry topics including products, suppliers, and player trends.
- Work alongside data analysts to enhance external research with proprietary data sets and industry intelligence reports.
- Support design and development of research and insights presentations for internal and external audiences.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Market Research, Statistics or Business Administration.
- Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative consumer research methodologies and familiarity with survey datasets.
- Attention to detail and the ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment.
- Experience working with business/industry research databases, corporate investor documents, and familiarity with financial statements an asset.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, particularly in the written form for the production of research summaries.
- Critical thinker possessing sound judgement, a business mindset, and ability to conceptualize, evaluate, and problem-solve.
- Must meet all eligibility criteria by the first day of employment.
- Must be living in the province of Ontario during the term of employment.
- Required to work in office 5 days a week.

- Will be subject to a criminal background check.
