About the Role
As an Anaplan Support Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our Anaplan platform and supporting our broader Centre of Excellence (CoE). You will act as the key engine powering daily operations—managing change requests, facilitating user training, and getting hands-on with model building activities to enhance our financial planning ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Manage, triage, and deliver end-to-end Change Requests across Anaplan models.
- Assist in building, testing, and implementing new functionalities and enhancements in collaboration with the Lead Solutions Architect and Model Builders.
- Design and deliver training sessions and documentation for end-users.
- Maintain data integrity, manage user access, monitor model performance, and troubleshoot issues.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience supporting and maintaining Anaplan workspaces/models.
- Proven track record handling Change Requests, user support tickets, and system enhancements in a CoE or support structure.
- Functional understanding of Anaplan model architecture and formula building.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills with a passion for training non-technical users.
- Solid foundational understanding of financial modelling, FP&A principles, or finance workflows.
- Familiarity with AI tools, including the ability to write effective prompts.
- Demonstrate curiosity for how AI can be used to improve processes and solve problems more effectively.
