About the Role
The Global Social Project Manager will enable the successful execution of Global Social Strategy across Corona, Budweiser, Michelob ULTRA and Stella Artois by providing delivery leadership across a complex, cross-functional ecosystem. This role ensures work is planned, prioritized, appropriately resourced and delivered with consistency, transparency and operational excellence, allowing Strategy teams to focus on strategic thinking while ensuring flawless execution across all global social initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead the integrated delivery roadmap across four global brands, translating strategic priorities into executable project plans.
- Manage timelines, milestones, dependencies, and delivery risks to ensure initiatives are delivered on time and within scope.
- Coordinate work across Strategy, Production, and Operations teams by aligning resource allocation with each brand's Scope of Work, business priorities, and delivery commitments.
- Balance competing demands and recommend prioritization when capacity constraints arise.
- Lead the team's operating cadence, including planning sessions, status meetings, and delivery reviews.
- Maintain momentum across projects by proactively identifying roadblocks, facilitating cross-functional decisions, and escalating risks before they impact delivery.
- Develop, implement, and continuously refine the Global Social operating model, establishing scalable ways of working that strengthen collaboration between global teams and regional hubs.
- Define and evolve project management standards, workflows, governance, and team operating cadence to improve clarity, efficiency, consistency, and execution across brands and markets.
Requirements
- Advanced project management capabilities across multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Strong experience managing complex timelines and cross-functional dependencies.
- Experience with project management platforms (Asana, Monday.com, Jira, Wrike or similar).
- Excellent resource planning and workload management skills.
- Strong understanding of marketing campaign development and creative production workflows.
- Experience managing stakeholder expectations across multiple senior leaders.
- Ability to identify delivery risks and proactively develop mitigation plans.
- Proven track record managing multiple stakeholders across global organizations.
- Experience working with social, digital, or integrated marketing campaigns.
- Experience coordinating creative production and cross-functional delivery teams.
