About the Role
Join the landscaping team at Driver’s Village in Cicero, NY, to maintain the pristine appearance of one of Central New York’s largest automotive dealerships year-round. You will play a vital role in shaping the outdoor experience for thousands of daily visitors by maintaining green spaces, planting seasonal displays, and ensuring walkways are safe and welcoming.
Responsibilities
- Mowing, weeding, planting, trimming, and general outdoor upkeep
- Plowing and clearing snow during winter months using trucks and front-end loaders
- Mulching, fertilizing, and seasonal clean-up
- Use of small to medium-duty trucks, plows, and push-blade loaders
- Ensuring walkways, lawns, and common areas are neat and safe
Requirements
- Landscaping and maintenance experience, snow plowing included
- Strong listening and verbal communication skills
- Valid NY State Driver’s License
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions
- Experience with landscaping tools and machinery
- Capable of outdoor labor in various weather conditions
