About the Role

Responsible for coordinating and executing crude oil, refined product, and renewable commodity movements across the EAME region. This role supports trading activity through safe, efficient, and cost-effective operational execution while maintaining high standards of data integrity, compliance, and stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute movements across multiple modes of transport, including iso-containers, trucks, rail, barges, and vessels, supporting current business requirements and future growth opportunities across commodities.
  • Manage complex logistics programs, including multi-parcel vessel loadings and discharges, ensuring effective coordination between terminals, surveyors, counterparties, service providers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Oversee stock levels and inventory planning across several locations.
  • Own supply scheduling and logistics planning, ensuring operational execution is aligned with commercial requirements and constraints.
  • Liaise with Traders, Risk, Finance, Legal, HSSE, and other internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely and accurate entry of movements and costs into trading systems.
  • Optimize operations to minimize demurrage, losses, and avoidable costs.
  • Comply with regulatory and internal control requirements.
  • Be available 24/7.

Requirements

  • Applicant must be legally authorized to work in the UK on a regular, full-time basis without restrictions on local terms and conditions.

Skills

  • Solid working knowledge and proven ability to manage complex, intermodal logistics chains.
  • Advanced analytical, data management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Independent operator, delivering consistent value in a demanding fast-paced environment.
  • Prior cargo scheduling experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to make real-time commercial decisions with material financial impact.
  • Understanding of renewable feedstock and product characteristics, including specifications and demand drivers.
