  • Overseeing and optimizing resource allocation across the department.
  • Proactively managing workflows to prevent resource-related disruptions.
  • Independently managing resource planning, including ensuring optimal allocation of personnel, equipment, and time for projects.
  • Regularly reviewing resource usage and adjusting plans to mitigate potential bottlenecks.
  • Triaging workflow automation processes, diagnosing and resolving encode failures, distinguishing between errors needing escalation, and adjusting files for automation.
  • Researching and identifying new software or workflow tweaks beneficial for content creation and delivery.
  • Defining and maintaining operational standards across all content operations functions.
  • Driving continuous improvement and ensuring best practices are consistently applied.

Requirements

  • Experience managing external vendors/freelance pools.

  • Managing content distribution across multiple platforms.
  • Intermediate knowledge of DaVinci Resolve and Adobe Premiere/Media Encoder.
  • Experience with reviewing/error reporting from Terminal/CLI logs to diagnose FFMPEG or Python automation errors.
  • Familiarity with Social Media CMSs (YouTube, Meta/FB Business Manager).
  • Strong proficiency in Asana workflows, automation, and reporting.
  • In-depth knowledge of best practices and industry-standard content delivery methods.
