About the Role
As Day Concierge, you are the face of our community, ensuring a seamless luxury experience for our residents. You will balance high-end hospitality with rigorous site safety and operational compliance.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary interface for residents, fostering a warm community atmosphere while conducting welfare checks and handling sensitive information with professional boundaries.
- Serve as an ambassador for the Hampstead area, providing bespoke recommendations for local amenities such as dining, arts, and transport.
- Lead on-site safety by conducting regular patrols, monitoring CCTV, managing secure access, and acting as the first responder for emergency situations.
- Monitor the building’s M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) systems and perform basic troubleshooting of apartment fixtures to ensure the development runs seamlessly.
- Coordinate with sales, management, and contractors to ensure the exclusive guest suite and spa facilities are fully operational and maintained to 5-star standards.
- Induct and oversee onsite service providers, including housekeeping, landscaping, and maintenance teams.
- Maintain precise logs for health & safety compliance, maintenance reporting, and daily handovers.
Requirements
- Proven experience within a luxury residential property setting
- Educated to GCSE standard grade C or above, or equivalent in Maths and English, or with hospitality / property related vocational qualifications
- Effective written and verbal English communication skills, ensuring all inquiries and administrative tasks are handled with accuracy and professionalism
- Strong IT skills are essential
- Well presented and highly professional
- Flexible and well organised with the ability to use initiative and remain calm under pressure
- Knowledge of the local area and events including but not limited to restaurants, theatre scene, parkland, clubs and societies will be highly advantageous
- Experience of working a similar shift pattern is desirable but not essential.
- Subject to an Enhanced DBS check
