About the Role
We are looking for an ambitious Influencer and Community Executive to help shape and deliver impactful talent campaigns across some of the biggest names in Sports and Lifestyle. Joining a fast-paced and creative team, you'll work with influencers, athletes and industry talent, building authentic partnerships that drive engagement, cultural relevance and brand growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns on a day-to-day basis for our Sports and Lifestyle categories.
- Facilitate influencer outreach, negotiations, contracting, on-boarding and payments.
- Manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure strong communication.
- Evaluate and compile reports for internal analysis and distribution.
- Manage the upkeep of our influencer database, introducing new creators and key industry figures.
- Manage influencer casting and selection by proactively providing influencer identification and initiatives.
- Manage product orders, tracking and returns.
- Support on compiling influencer strategies to drive the Sports and Lifestyle messaging.
- Work on key events and launch activations.
- Create a cultural calendar to ensure we are at the forefront of cultural relevance when creating content with influencers.
- Lead weekly influencer status meetings with wider channel teams, showcasing secured talent, campaign progress, upcoming activations, and opportunities for cross-channel amplification.
- Maintain an established network of influencers and talent.
Requirements
- A hardworking, motivated, and friendly individual who will play a pivotal role at Frasers Group across Sports and Lifestyle influencer activity.
- Interest and ability to work within a fast paced PR, Influencer and Marketing environment.
- Someone with a natural interest in and affinity for sport, coupled with a strong understanding of the wider sporting landscape and culture.
- A team player, who is attentive, punctual and hardworking.
- A true Frasers Group ambassador, championing the businesses values.
- 2+ years experience working within the talent / influencer management industry.
- Confidence in liaising with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent communication is maintained across the board.
- Excellent use of written English and attention to detail.
- Excellent analytical, communication, coordination and planning skills.
- A strong knowledge and understanding of PR channels, influencer relations and social media.
- Strong organisational skills, time management, the ability to prioritise, be flexible and multitask.
