About the Role

At sunday, we are building the next generation of our revenue engine and seeking a Senior Go-to-Market Engineer to join us. This role is at the intersection of Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, Data, AI, and Automation. You will partner with business stakeholders to create scalable technical solutions that enhance team speed, decision-making, and customer experience. Your responsibilities will include building the data and enrichment engine for market understanding, developing the automation layer for inbound and outbound processes, and applying AI across the revenue organization. This is a hands-on role focused on designing and implementing modern workflows, improving system reliability, and establishing sunday's internal Revenue Engineering capability. You will also provide technical mentorship and help shape future development. We value quick learners, experimenters, and those passionate about how AI and automation transform commercial operations.

Responsibilities

  • Build and own sunday's GTM data and enrichment engine, connecting data providers, enrichment platforms, AI, and internal data to maintain an accurate global account and contact universe.
  • Utilize AI and enrichment to enhance commercial data intelligence and actionability, filling data gaps, identifying businesses, and helping sellers prioritize accounts.
  • Design and build the automation layer for core GTM motions, including lead processing, prospecting, enrichment, scoring, routing, and seller workflows across the US, UK, and France.
  • Lead the application of AI within Revenue Operations by identifying use cases and building AI-enabled workflows, agents, and tools to improve seller productivity and operational efficiency.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Data, and Systems to translate commercial problems into scalable technical solutions.
  • Shape commercial data structure and governance in Salesforce, collaborating with the Systems team to ensure reliable data foundations for workflows and intelligence.
  • Build reusable integrations and technical patterns across the GTM stack using APIs, orchestration platforms, automation tools, and code.
  • Act as a senior technical leader, establishing engineering practices in architecture, documentation, testing, governance, and delivery, while mentoring other Go-to-Market Engineers.
  • Continuously evaluate emerging GTM and AI technologies, prototyping use cases and influencing the long-term commercial technology stack.

Requirements

  • Real experience with Clay, or a directly comparable GTM automation or enrichment platform, and the ability to build sophisticated workflows.
  • Strong, hands-on Salesforce experience, with a focus on commercial data governance.
  • Experience designing scalable workflows, integrations, and operational processes.
  • Hands-on technical ability with APIs, SQL, scripting, or low-code platforms.
  • Experience partnering directly with business stakeholders to translate ambiguous problems into practical, working solutions.
  • Project and change-management discipline to scope, document, test, and stage rollouts.
