About the Role

We are a fast-growing European healthcare company operating at the intersection of medical cannabis, digital health, and regulated healthcare services. With a strong, profitable core business in Europe and a proven operational backbone, we are now building our UK platform — and we're looking for the right people to grow with us. Our UK team is at an exciting early stage. That means real ownership, real impact, and the chance to shape how we work from day one.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end go-to-market plan for launch, including the digital platform, patient journey, and key milestones.
Keep the launch plan on track by working backward from key milestones.
Translate strategy into execution alongside founders, coordinating across technology partners, clinical operations, and regulatory workstreams.
Act as a close partner to founders, with exposure to regulatory, commercial, and operational decision-making.
Support recruitment for key clinic hires, including conducting first-round interviews.
Assist with office and pharmacy site searches and fit-outs.
Undertake ad hoc projects in a lean, fast-moving environment.

Requirements

Proven experience in digital marketing/growth and general operating or founder-support roles (e.g., Chief of Staff, Founder's Associate, EIR, or a growth/ops hybrid).
Comfortable owning ambiguity and shifting between strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
A background in a regulated, DTC, or healthtech environment is a strong plus.
Discretion with sensitive data and a service mindset towards employees and candidates.
A self-starter energized by building from scratch.
Based in or willing to relocate to London.
