About the Role
Lead a team partnering with Education customers to transform teaching and learning environments with Apple technology and grow Apple’s Education business in Canada. Own the national sales strategy, providing leadership, direction, and support to ensure your team is operating with efficiency, meeting or exceeding performance targets, and receiving regular coaching and development. Serve as the territory's expert, providing necessary resources and collaborating cross-functionally to achieve sales goals. Drive expanded adoption of the Apple ecosystem and help transform the way people teach, learn, and work.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Typically requires a minimum of 15 years of related experience
- At least 5 years in a people leadership role
- Background leading an organization focused on technology sales, solution-based selling, and/or similar function
- Significant industry knowledge with broad-scale understanding of the Education market
- Ability to build, lead, and develop inclusive teams
- Ability to attract and retain talent through performance management, coaching, guidance, and support
- Outstanding communication and executive presentation skills
- Excellent collaboration and relationship building skills
- Ability to influence and negotiate internally and externally
- Passion for continuous improvement
