About the Role
We are seeking a legal assistant to join our team in Berlin. This role is central to our client interactions and administrative processes, ensuring smooth operations and professional communication.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring professional communication in German and English.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, events, and client appointments.
- Manage incoming mail, monitor deadlines, and plan/coordinate appointments.
- Prepare travel expense and credit card statements.
- Handle file creation, document preparation, and client billing, ensuring high quality in all administrative processes.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a legal assistant.
- Experience in the legal field.
- Proficiency in digital work methods and a desire to optimize processes, potentially with AI support.
- Strong teamwork, organizational skills, and flexibility.
- Professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and absolute discretion and loyalty.
