About the Role
KPMG is seeking talented and driven Equity Reward specialists to join their growing team. This role offers the opportunity to be a key part of an exciting growth journey, working with a diverse range of clients from privately owned businesses to listed companies. The position involves business development activities, client proposals, presentations, and technical writing, with a focus on personality fit and offering unparalleled opportunities for learning and growth.
Responsibilities
- Support the wider client service team on delivering client projects on Equity Reward workflows.
- Partner with team members on a wide range of equity reward matters, including designing and structuring new incentive plans and reviewing existing ones.
- Advise on the tax, commercial, and accounting impacts of equity and cash-based incentive plans, as well as corporate transactions.
- Advise management teams on the impact of transactions on their incentive plans and design new incentives post-deal.
- Design incentive plans for the wider workforce, including all-employee share purchase plans.
- Support clients on annual compliance and disclosure matters related to their share plans.
- Engage in regular client interaction, assist in presenting reports and analysis, and manage projects.
- Collaborate with other teams to deliver integrated advice to clients.
- Delegate and review work carried out by junior team members from technical and commercial perspectives.
- Train and develop junior team members from both technical and non-technical perspectives.
- Assist in developing innovative solutions and opportunities for clients and bringing them to market.
- Advise on technical issues and support the team’s knowledge management.
