About the Role
Embedded Finance is transforming how customers access financial services. This role involves identifying, securing, and growing strategic partnerships to scale the Embedded Finance proposition across new sectors and customer segments. You will influence strategy, develop new market opportunities, and shape the future direction of a rapidly expanding business.
Responsibilities
- Identify, secure, and grow strategic partnerships.
- Build and manage a pipeline of partnership opportunities.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders across Commercial, Product, Risk, and Finance teams.
- Bring new propositions to market and deliver sustainable growth.
- Take partnerships from opportunity through to launch and commercial success.
- Support commercial negotiations, onboarding activities, and ongoing relationship development.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team.
- Create an environment where colleagues are empowered to deliver great outcomes, continually develop, and achieve their full potential.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in sales, business development, and merchant acquisition.
- 5+ years of experience building and managing senior stakeholder and partner relationships in a commercial environment.
- Proven experience acquiring, growing, and managing commercial partnerships that deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Experience developing commercial propositions, bids, partnership opportunities, or go-to-market strategies.
- Strong commercial and analytical skills.
- Ability to identify opportunities, influence decisions, and drive growth.
- Experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
