About the Role
Anthony Nolan unites people and science to match stem cell donors with patients needing transplants. This role is crucial in supporting UK transplant centers, international registries, and the Donor Provision team by processing requests for stem cell products and coordinating donor care.
Responsibilities
- Process new requests for stem cell products.
- Act as a liaison between patients' teams and donors' registries, providing accurate and timely information.
- Deliver excellent customer service.
- Manage the timely delivery of medication.
- Coordinate nurse referrals for UK donors undergoing G-CSF injections.
- Ensure donors feel informed, supported, and prepared.
- Prioritize donor and patient safety.
- Effectively triage workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Build constructive relationships.
- Uphold quality standards.
- Support a safe, seamless donation process.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to demonstrate the right to work in the UK.
