About the Role

We are looking for an outgoing person with good social skills and an understanding of the local creative scene to build a network. The Membership Manager will report into the Head of Membership & Communications, ensuring membership targets are achieved and that the overall member experience is consistently high quality, friendly, and memorable.

Responsibilities

• Actively networking to connect with potential members and industry leaders
• Bringing in new members and ensuring membership targets are met
• Reviewing and approving membership applications
• Building and managing Membership Committees to ensure diversity and balance
• Supporting member events and hosting introduction sessions
• Making sure members stay engaged through regular communication
• Resolving member issues, including behavior-related concerns
• Assisting with administrative tasks like membership payments and cards
• Keeping track of trends and hotspots in your city
• Collaborating with the wider membership team globally
• Handling member complaints
