About the Role

Seeking dynamic practitioners to ensure vulnerable children and families receive responsive, focused, and Family Friendly services, with resilience-based practice at the core of the approach. This role is crucial for supporting young people with complex needs, including child sexual exploitation, serious youth violence, and those who go missing from home.

Responsibilities

• Leading plans and interventions with children, adolescents, and their families.
• Supporting the development of family resilience.
• Enabling parents to manage difficult adolescent behavior.
• Working to keep families together.
• Safely managing highly complex and emotive family environments.
• Utilizing excellent engagement and communication skills.
• Applying evidenced-based intervention skills.

Requirements

• Demonstrable track record of practice leadership and innovation.
• Ability to thrive in a complex environment.
• Commitment to professional development and the development of others.
• Reliable, energetic, and persistent practitioner.
• An enhanced DBS is required.
