About the Role
ENERTRAG is driving forward projects that are considered unthinkable, focusing on 100% fossil-free energy solutions. Join our team in Berlin or Dauerthal as a Grid Planner Electricity (m/f/d) and contribute to our mission of sustainably generating renewable energy to keep the Earth habitable.
Responsibilities
- Consultation and support with building permit and approval documents, as well as coordination with grid operators, certifiers, and authorities.
- Planning and project development of grid connection concepts, substations, transformer and transfer stations, and cable networks (20–380 kV).
- Conducting grid studies (load flow, short-circuit current calculations, system services) and ensuring compliance with relevant VDE standards.
- Coordination and execution of tender and awarding processes for grid-related services up to the commissioning of external service providers and suppliers.
- Monitoring, acceptance, and billing of construction projects, including documentation and archiving.
- Responsibility for the creation, management, and adherence to budget and schedule planning.
- Coordination of all involved companies and interfaces during project realization.
- Support for grid-related projects at the respective project locations.
- Support and reporting to the Team Lead.
Requirements
- Completed degree in Electrical Engineering/Energy Technology or comparable qualification.
- 3 years of professional experience in grid planning or project management of electrical infrastructure.
- Knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD, and PowerFactory.
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
- Valid Class B driver's license.
- Experience in project or construction management is an advantage.
- Teamwork skills, persuasiveness, and analytical-solution-oriented thinking.
