About the Role
Join Chatham House's Environment and Society Centre to shape policy debates on global challenges like climate risks, energy transitions, resource competition, and climate diplomacy. Contribute to impactful research, stakeholder engagement, and innovative projects influencing global decision-makers.
Responsibilities
- Conduct policy-relevant research on climate, energy, and geopolitical issues.
- Lead and contribute to research papers, briefings, and other publications.
- Support the design and delivery of high-profile events, workshops, and stakeholder consultations.
- Build and maintain relationships with policymakers, experts, funders, and partner organizations.
- Contribute to fundraising activities, including proposal and concept note development.
Requirements
- Research experience in energy transition, climate diplomacy, climate policy, or related fields.
- Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
- Experience managing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality work to deadlines.
- A collaborative approach and the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- An interest in translating research into practical policy impact.
