About the Role
We are seeking a PMO Consultant with strong Capital Markets domain experience to support the delivery of business and technology change initiatives. Working within complex programme environments, you will provide PMO governance, reporting, planning, and coordination support. A solid understanding of Capital Markets products, processes, and the broader financial services landscape is essential.
Responsibilities
- Support PMO governance activities across Capital Markets projects and programmes, ensuring adherence to agreed delivery frameworks and controls.
- Coordinate project plans, milestones, dependencies, and actions, maintaining accurate delivery tracking and reporting.
- Produce high-quality status reports, dashboards, and management information for programme stakeholders.
- Maintain RAID logs, ensuring risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies are accurately recorded and tracked to resolution.
- Collaborate with project managers, business stakeholders, and delivery teams to support programme governance, planning, and decision-making.
Requirements
- Mandatory experience within Capital Markets with a good understanding of Capital Markets products, trade lifecycle processes, market infrastructure, and financial services operations.
- Proven PMO, project coordination, or project support experience within Capital Markets transformation, regulatory operations, or technology programmes.
- Strong reporting and governance experience, including status reporting, milestone tracking, RAID management, and management information production.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across business and technology teams.
- Highly organised and analytical with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment.
