About the Role
Manage technology projects professionally on an international level, accelerating digital transformation for renowned companies by shaping the technologies of tomorrow. You will ensure the smooth execution of technology projects, manage all aspects, communicate across all levels, and plan extensively.
Responsibilities
- Manage resources reliably and keep an eye on agreed-upon goals.
- Coordinate administrative processes globally using internal tools.
- Support project management in research, analysis, and evaluations.
- Assist in building client relationships.
- Contribute to the further development of the company's project management methodology.
- Drive continuous process improvements and automation initiatives.
Requirements
- Completed university degree with insights into technical and business management topics.
- Initial project management experience, preferably with relevant certification (PMP, IPMA, PRINCE2 etc.).
- Proficient use of MS Office, MS Project, and ideally MS Power Automate.
- Very good conceptual skills, attention to detail, high willingness to learn, and organizational talent.
- Customer-oriented personality.
- Experience in international projects.
- Confident communication and presentation skills in German and English.
