About the Role
Sky Business is a new, exciting division of Sky, providing connectivity, mobile, and TV services to the UK B2B market. We are looking for exceptional people to help drive our business forward in a fast-paced, scale-up environment, with the support of a trusting and collaborative team.
Responsibilities
- Shape and evolve the Sky Business brand, leading the development of positioning, messaging, and creative execution across the full marketing funnel.
- Report to the Head of Brand and lead relationships across the wider Marketing team, as well as creative and media agency partners, to deliver integrated marketing campaigns.
- Deliver the Sky Business brand strategy, ensuring messaging, tone of voice, creative execution, and media investment consistently support the ambition of building a distinctive, trusted, and commercially successful brand.
- Lead the rollout and ongoing evolution of the Sky Business brand strategy, visual identity, and tone of voice, partnering with Sky Creative and embedding the brand across internal teams and external agencies.
- Own the brand health program and brand media and creative budget, working with Insights to monitor performance against KPIs and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Act as the senior brand guardian across SMB, Mid-Market, Enterprise, Hospitality, and Wholesale, championing creative ways of working, innovation, GenAI, and emerging technologies.
- Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of integrated brand campaigns, from strategic briefing and creative development through to media planning, execution, optimisation, and evaluation.
- Inspire, coach, and develop the Brand Marketing Manager and in-house Design team, building a collaborative, high-performing culture.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, positioning, and governance, with the ability to translate customer insight and performance data into actionable brand and marketing strategies.
- Proven experience developing and delivering integrated brand campaigns across ATL, digital, and social channels, leading creative and media strategy and planning from concept through to execution.
- Excellent presenter and communicator, able to confidently influence and build credibility with senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Significant experience managing creative and media agencies alongside in-house creative teams, with excellent creative judgement and attention to detail.
- Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience leading, coaching, or developing people, with a collaborative leadership style and the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of an organisation.
- Strong understanding of the paid media landscape and the most effective channels for reaching business audiences.
- A strategic mindset, with the ability to simplify complexity, establish clear priorities, and focus teams on initiatives that deliver commercial impact.
- Natural curiosity and open-mindedness, with a passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and finding smarter ways of working.
- B2B marketing experience is preferred.
- Appropriate right to work in the UK.
