About the Role
The Workplace Experience Partner for EMEA will manage the day-to-day operations of the London and Berlin offices, design and deliver events to foster connection, and serve as the primary point of contact for employees in the region.
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the London and Berlin offices, ensuring a compliant, safe, and appealing workplace.
- Oversee office works, repairs, maintenance, and vendor relationships.
- Stay current with local health, safety, and compliance requirements.
- Build and execute a regular cadence of impactful in-person and remote-friendly events and coordinated moments that foster Camper connection and belonging across the EMEA region.
- Proactively engage with local leaders and Campers, acting as the primary point of contact and advocate for office plans, initiatives, and the overall regional experience.
- Serve as the first point of contact for Camper inquiries and manage request tickets within the dedicated SLAs.
- Own spend against the allocated EMEA budget, including timely and accurate processing of invoices and expenses.
Requirements
- Facilities and vendor management experience in a fast-paced, in-person environment.
- Proven ability to manage office operations, repairs, and maintenance.
- Experience liaising with landlords and building management.
- Track record of designing and running engaging workplace events and connection moments for a distributed team.
- Strong stakeholder communication skills, building trust quickly with local leaders, Campers, and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to thrive when juggling competing day-to-day priorities.
- Proactively and calmly resolve office and Camper issues.
- Ability to self-motivate, prioritize, and drive work independently and with confidence.
