edenity is a women-led consultancy partnering with leading seed-stage/high-growth companies across Europe to tackle complex hiring challenges in category-defining sectors. Responsibilities

- Managing processes end-to-end with clarity and momentum

- Contributing to talent pipeline through events and community building
- Improving operational efficiency and implementing changes
Requirements
- Approximately 1-5 years of experience in tech recruitment
- Strong interpersonal skills and a focus on relationship building
- Desire to operate with thought, creativity, and autonomy
- Ability to build high-trust, high-context relationships
- Commitment to meaningful and intentional communication
- Prioritization of impact over activity
- Strategic thinking regarding people and timing in hiring
- Proficiency or willingness to become AI-native
- Creativity and imagination in engaging candidates
- Attention to detail in creating personal connections
- Experience in VC-backed startups (seed to Series D)
- Experience working with founders building category-defining companies
- Experience engaging with investors from firms like Index Ventures
- Experience with teams from companies like Stripe, Miro, Notion
