About the Role

As a Cruise Attendant, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality food and beverage service, welcoming guests, supporting passenger safety, maintaining vessel presentation and contributing to a smooth and enjoyable cruise experience. You will work closely with the Cruise Director, marine, kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure every guest receives warm, professional and attentive service from boarding through to departure.

Responsibilities

Greeting and assisting guests throughout service
Taking and processing orders
Serving food and beverages, encouraging upsell of add-on products
Making and serving cocktails
Supporting cash handling processes
Keeping service and dining areas clean
Overseeing guest experience, bar and food service, stock standards, safety compliance, and crew presentation (for Cruise Supervisor opportunity)

Requirements

Valid NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Competency Card
Food Safe Handling certification (or willing to complete a free, online course)
Previous experience in hospitality, food and beverage service or a similar customer-facing role
Strong cash handling, stock rotation and service area presentation skills
Ability to work irregular hours, extended shifts and in a marine environment
Confidence working on your feet, in confined spaces and around wet or slippery surfaces
