About the Role
Join our team at InterContinental London Park Lane as a full-time Waiting Team Member in The Arch Bar and Wellington Lounge. This role is crucial in ensuring guests have a positive experience by delivering excellent service, food, and drinks.
Responsibilities
- Greeting guests and taking their orders
- Communicating with the kitchen and bar about orders
- Carrying meals and beverages to the correct tables
- Ensuring guests have a positive experience by delivering great service, great food, and great drinks
Requirements
- Previous experience as a waiter, bartender, or barista is preferred
- Experience in handling guest queries and concerns is a must
- Willingness to learn new things and work as part of the wider hotel team
- Must meet the legal requirements to work in the UK
