About the Role

As a UO Team Leader, you will be a daily role model for your sales team and customers. You will foster and challenge your team, identify training needs, and achieve optimal departmental results with your Department Manager. You will quickly grasp complex contexts and find individual solutions. You will create positive customer interactions daily, ensuring first-class customer service for yourself and your team.

Responsibilities

Actively support your Department Manager with daily tasks, including sales department presentation, merchandise setup, team training and development, customer service, and merchandise processing.
Serve as a role model for your sales team, embodying brand values both on the floor and behind the scenes.
Work independently and with a focus on achieving the best possible results.
Assist the Instore VM Team with merchandise setup and presentation to create an authentic brand experience.
Expand the customer base by creating positive customer interactions using the latest technology.
Perform basic cleaning tasks in and around the premises, including sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, picking up larger items, and spot cleaning glass and windows.

Requirements

Enjoy working in a team and demonstrate initiative.
Possess initial experience in leading employees.
Develop and inspire your team, identifying internal talents and supporting their further development.
Maintain a service and customer-oriented approach as the foundation of your success.
Demonstrate excellent product knowledge.
Speak German and any other foreign language is a plus.
Showcase individuality and a keen sense for trends/fashion.
