About the Role
As an Associate Director, you will be critical to delivering client ambition, working closely with the Senior Associate Director. You will be a key interface for clients, leading planning projects from start to finish and bringing together specialists to deliver exceptional work. You will oversee the day-to-day running of the account, ensuring accuracy and best practice in campaign management. You will establish yourself as the first point of contact for clients and build strong relationships, becoming a trusted strategic partner with a deep understanding of their business and how communications can drive growth.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the account
- Ensure flow and accuracy of work
- Ensure campaign management process follows best practice
- Act as the conduit who brings together our specialists to deliver exceptional work
- Lead planning projects from start to finish
- Establish yourself as the first port of call for clients

Requirements
- Strong management and client relationship skills
