About the Role
Soar With Us is seeking a Personal Brand Executive / Content Marketing Executive to own and grow the personal branding strategy for its C-suite across Soar With Us and For You Advertising. This role will drive visibility and demand for the group through various content formats, speaking opportunities, and PR.
Responsibilities
- Build and run a personal branding strategy for leadership across LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and YouTube.
- Source and organize PR activity, including interviews, events, and speaking opportunities.
- Travel with leadership to events, capturing photo and video content for their channels.
- Schedule, post, and monitor content, using performance data to refine strategy.
- Stay informed on e-commerce and paid/retention/CRO trends to speak credibly about the agency's work.
- Create content from client results to showcase agency capabilities to prospects.
- Support the wider marketing team with written and multimedia content, including blogs, web copy, and newsletters.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, personal branding, or PR.
- Genuine understanding of effective strategies for LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an adaptable writing style.
- High attention to detail and a proactive, curious mindset.
- Comfortable working independently and managing workload.
- A strong interest in marketing and e-commerce.
- PR knowledge or experience is a strong plus.
