About the Role

The Sales Technology department is responsible for the technical prerequisites for our sales channels, including central service and control tasks for license and contract management, technical documentation, and security and compliance issues. We ensure compliance with legal requirements, support the integration of new technology into operations, and create the organizational basis for secure and efficient sales.

Responsibilities

  • As Product Owner, you will be responsible for the further development of our sales technology systems and actively shape their strategy, architecture, and entire product lifecycle.
  • Together with specialist departments and external partners, you will plan and control the implementation of new requirements, coordinate changes, and ensure successful system integration.
  • The conception and realization of new functions and extensions of our sales solutions are part of your area of responsibility, as is the maintenance of the product backlog and the further development of roadmaps and product goals.
  • You will manage projects and tenders independently, create reports and key figures, and continuously develop our systems and processes.
  • As a central point of contact, you will advise and support our users, coordinate 2nd-level support, and accompany training and information measures related to sales technology.

Requirements

  • Completed scientific university degree (Master's or Diploma) in Computer Science or Business Informatics, or equivalent skills and knowledge based on many years of professional experience.
  • Sound knowledge in product and requirements management as well as technical consulting and experience as an understandable interface between business and IT.
  • Experience in establishing a clear product vision, consistently prioritizing requirements based on passenger benefit and business value, and successfully uniting different interests and transforming them into common target images through professional stakeholder management.
  • Very good German language skills (minimum C1 level) and secure professional English language skills in speaking and writing.
