About the Role

bonial is a digital advertising partner for offline businesses, supporting retailers in their marketing activities and customer acquisition. As part of Axel Springer SE, bonial is revolutionizing retail as a leading "Drive to Store" partner in Germany and France, connecting millions of users with their favorite stores and brands daily.

Responsibilities

• Independent execution of procurement processes, primarily in IT hardware and software.
• Creation and review of tender documents, including contract design with a focus on data protection relevant content.
• Responsibility and coordination of optimization measures in the IT product group.
• Representation of purchasing in relevant professional meetings.
• Organization and management of projects and working groups, as well as responsibility for the implementation of results.
• Support in the introduction of new purchasing processes and the contract management tool.

Requirements

• Sound experience in the IT software and hardware product group.
• Solid project management experience, both in setting up and executing projects.
• Completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification.
• Fluent German (C1-C2) and English, spoken and written.
• Teamwork, flexibility, initiative, strong resilience, assertiveness.
• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
