About the Role

As a growing D2C brand, our Shopify store is our centerpiece. At MetaFlow, we move fast, take full responsibility for our results, and are looking for someone who thinks the same way. You know how to not only keep a store running but to truly advance it: data-driven, quality-conscious, and with a real understanding of funnels, conversion rates, and customer experience. As a central interface between marketing, product, tech, and operations, you will have responsibility that matches your experience.

Responsibilities

Drive conversion optimization independently: form hypotheses, set up A/B tests, and continuously improve the customer journey.
Take full responsibility for the ongoing business, maintenance, and further development of the Shopify store: products, collections, category logic, content, and releases.
Independently set up and continuously develop bundles, upsells, cross-sells, and subscriptions in ongoing shop operations.
Create a data-based decision-making foundation and derive concrete measures based on Shopify Analytics, GA4, Klar, or Microsoft Clarity.
Independently and scalably ensure the quality of releases, product data, and shop functions.
Plan and implement promotions, launches, and campaigns in close coordination with Marketing, CRM, Product, and Tech.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in the operational management and further development of a Shopify store, ideally Shopify Plus.
Demonstrable experience in conversion optimization, including independent A/B testing and data-driven work.
Structured, quality-conscious, and independent way of working with a strong focus on funnels and customer experience.
Proficient use of AI tools in daily work and agile working methods in cross-functional teams with Kanban or Scrum.
German at native speaker level (C1/C2) is a prerequisite.
English at a solid working level (B2).
