About the Role
As a customer advisor, you will independently provide needs-based advice on our diverse financial products, build sustainable customer relationships through personal and telephone contact, and take responsibility for customer support within your branch. You will work closely and trustfully with your branch team, organize your workday independently, and serve as a competent contact person for customers regarding financial matters.

Requirements
- Sales talent with enjoyment of working with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Successful commercial apprenticeship, ideally as a bank clerk, or several years of professional experience, preferably in customer service or sales.
