About the Role
This role is responsible for leading Professional Education and Commercial Education in Orthopaedics, driving the development and execution of cross-BU education strategies. It also serves as a central PMO and liaison, collaborating with APAC and domestic stakeholders to drive execution and business impact.
Responsibilities
- Develop mid- to long-term education strategies and annual execution plans
- Design and implement learning journeys aligned with physician and employee career stages and business strategy
- Build and manage relationships with Universities, KOLs, Academic Organizations, and societies
- Lead cross-functional alignment and stakeholder engagement across internal and external stakeholders
- Drive effective and efficient delivery of education content through structured processes and systems
- Act as a central PMO and liaison for system and digital initiatives, collaborating with Global / APAC and domestic stakeholders
- Develop and promote digital education solutions and hybrid learning models
- Drive enhancement of content delivery and learner experience through digital tools
- Ensure all programs comply with healthcare compliance standards and internal policies
- Review and support HCC submissions and program approvals through established processes and systems
- Drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights and feedback
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Orthopaedics (Sales, Marketing, Clinical or Education)
- Experience in program planning and/or project leadership preferred
- Native-level Japanese
- Business-level English (minimum communication in meetings)
- Willingness to travel and work flexibly (including weekends if required)
- Comfortable with digital tools and new technologies
