OneSchool Global is seeking a strategic and experienced Global Head of Operations to lead and evolve our global Operations function. This senior leadership role is responsible for establishing enterprise-wide operational standards, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring the delivery of consistent, high-quality operational services across our global network.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the global operations strategy.

Requirements

• Proven senior operational leader with experience leading complex, multi-site organisations and delivering large-scale operational improvement initiatives.
• Background in managing large scale multi-site and multidisciplinary projects.
• Significant leadership experience in operations or a related discipline.
• Strong strategic, commercial, and analytical capability.
• Experience leading dispersed teams across multiple regions.
• Expertise in operational governance, service delivery, and business process improvement.
• Outstanding stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• A collaborative leadership style aligned to OneSchool Global's values and mission.
