About the Role
As a Product Manager - Reporting & Insights, you will own and evolve digital health products, managing existing products while shaping future development by understanding customer needs, setting priorities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver enhanced experiences and outcomes. Reporting, dashboards, and insights are key customer-facing capabilities within these products, and you will contribute to creating intuitive and valuable user experiences aligned with customer requirements.
Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap, priorities, and lifecycle.
- Understand customer problems and translate them into clear product priorities.
- Manage and improve existing product capabilities, including customer-facing dashboards and reporting.
- Collaborate across Product, Technology, and specialist teams to shape and deliver product improvements.
- Determine which existing capabilities should be retained, improved, redesigned, or retired as products evolve.
- Balance current customer needs with long-term product direction and transformation.
- Utilize customer feedback and product insights for informed decision-making.
- Unite teams and stakeholders to achieve meaningful customer outcomes.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Manager owning digital or technology products.
- Experience managing products with customer-facing reporting, dashboard, or insights capabilities.
- Strong product management experience across discovery, roadmaps, prioritization, and delivery.
- Customer-focused with the ability to translate problems into clear product outcomes.
- Comfortable owning established products while contributing to their future direction.
- Confident collaborating with technology and specialist teams to deliver product outcomes.
- Strong stakeholder management, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
- Healthcare or experience in another complex environment is advantageous.
