About the Role

Join Capgemini as an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE & FinOps programmes. Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of complex Dynamics 365 CE & FO projects and strategic initiatives
Partner closely with stakeholders to define requirements, scope and delivery plans
Proactively identify and manage risks, issues and dependencies
Drive governance, reporting and decision-making throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

Proven experience delivering both Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) & Finance & Operations (FinOps) projects
Experience working for a consulting or technology vendor (essential)
Strong project and programme management experience across multiple teams and workstreams
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience delivering projects using Agile, DevOps or hybrid delivery methodologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, with a data-driven approach to decision making
Public sector experience (highly regarded)
Experience using Agile lifecycle management tools such as Azure DevOps, or Jira and Confluence
