About the Role

This role supports the Business Continuity Manager to strengthen the department’s resilience, readiness and governance practices across business continuity and crisis management. It will suit someone who is organised, collaborative and able to work across stakeholders to deliver practical outcomes in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with stakeholders to understand business continuity and crisis management priorities and challenges, manage issues and support resolution
  • Prepare and present briefings, committee papers, reports and governance documentation to support informed decision making
  • Support the uplift of business continuity and crisis management governance practices and continuous improvement
  • Work collaboratively across teams and functions to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes
  • Contribute to a capable and professional team environment
  • Support business continuity activities, including planning, documentation, training and exercise design and delivery
  • Assist with incident and crisis response coordination, including governance, reporting and resource support.
