Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance, inspection, and repair work on IC products.
- Handle Cons sales and expansion, and propose solutions through customer management.
- Create and submit estimates for repair, inspection, maintenance, and upkeep work.
- Perform delivery, installation, and test run adjustments, and create installation confirmation records.
- Respond to and escalate customer complaints.
- Collect and report product quality issues.
- Manage company vehicles, tools, and measuring equipment.
- Manage projects and process sales.
- Educate and support subcontractors.
- Contribute to the operational management of the IC Service Business.
- Plan and request necessary parts for repair and inspection work.
- Propose, plan, acquire, and implement regular maintenance for installed equipment.
- Report on sales progress, GP amount, and GP percentage to the Region Service Manager.
- Submit reception records and service reports to the repair business manager.
- Report any defects promptly to CCS.
- Manage and conduct periodic inventory of parts.
- Process repair slips periodically.
- Provide training and support for users to correctly operate and manage equipment.
Requirements
- Sufficient product knowledge and basic technical skills regarding IC products.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning and sterilization.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation.
- Communication and negotiation skills necessary to smoothly conduct on-site work.
- Smooth communication skills with customers and other internal departments.
- Willingness to support other areas.
- Possibility of overseas business trips for about one week, once or twice a year.

Salary/Compensations
- 4,000,000 JPY - 6,500,000 JPY (determined based on experience and skills, includes bonus)
- Monthly salary: 303,100 JPY - 493,000 JPY (Base salary: 242,480 JPY - 394,400 JPY + fixed overtime allowance for 30 hours: 60,620 JPY - 98,600 JPY)
