About the Role

An exciting opportunity for a candidate with a keen eye for cleanliness, impressive people-focused leadership skills, and a drive for improvement to join the Initial Hygiene Team. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will manage and develop a team of Service Technicians to ensure quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, develop, and coach the Service Technician team in the field.
• Conduct and participate in monthly team and safety toolbox meetings.
• Conduct regular quality audits.
• Induct new staff members to the team.
• Manage and schedule service runs.
• Handle administration related to servicing activities.
• Manage customer feedback.
• Cover service runs for Service Technicians when required.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of previous experience in a Supervisory or Management role overseeing more than ten employees.
• Excellent customer service and negotiation skills.
• People management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet KPIs.
• Time management skills.
• Extensive knowledge of field servicing is highly regarded.
• A current Australian Driver's license is essential.
• Reference checks, medical checks, and police checks are part of the recruitment process.
