About the Role

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Recovery Technician team, ensuring a safe, efficient, and recovery-oriented environment for clients and staff.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, supervise, and support a team of Recovery Technicians, fostering a trauma-informed, recovery-oriented environment.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor Recovery Technicians in day-to-day tasks.
  • Manage hiring, onboarding, timecard approvals, and performance evaluations.
  • Schedule Recovery Technicians to ensure staffing levels align with regulations and policies.
  • Monitor and enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with agency policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Complete all required documentation accurately and on time.
  • Foster a positive, high-performing work environment by modeling SCADD's mission, vision, and values.
  • Perform Recovery Technician duties as needed, including orienting clients, completing admission paperwork, screening property, managing issues, answering calls, and monitoring security.
  • Participate in the orientation of new employees and knowledge transfer.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of related experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Valid and unrestricted Driver's License.
  • CPR Certification.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Commitment to trauma-informed care, recovery-oriented practice, and SCADD's values.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
