About the Role
We are seeking a New York licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) to join our remote clinical team. This role involves one-on-one client work via scheduled video appointments, focusing on addressing mental health concerns and life circumstances. You will manage your own client caseload, make treatment decisions, and handle clinical follow-up.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a regular schedule of individual therapy appointments
- Work with clients experiencing emotional, behavioral, relationship, and adjustment-related concerns
- Use clinical social work skills to understand the client’s situation and determine appropriate interventions
- Help clients identify realistic goals and practical ways to manage current challenges
- Reassess care when a client’s circumstances or needs change
- Complete required clinical records and treatment updates
Requirements
- Previous clinical experience providing therapy or behavioral health services
- Strong documentation and clinical assessment skills
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
- Reliable internet connection and a private workspace
- Ability to manage a full-time caseload with professionalism and care
