About the Role
This front-line role sits at the intersection of customer care and production coordination. You will be the first point of contact for customers, manage order tracking, and serve as a key link between customers and the production floor. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy variety, customer interaction, and possess strong organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries with a friendly, helpful attitude.
- Handle customer issues and complaints calmly and professionally, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Enter and track orders in shop management software.
- Coordinate between customers and the production team to ensure clarity on timelines, artwork approvals, and job specifications.
- Flag production issues or delays early to keep customers informed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- Support the team with general office tasks as needed.
- Apply knowledge of screen printing, embroidery, or graphic design where useful.
Requirements
- Strong communicator, adept with people and teams.
- Solid skills in email communications, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work calmly under pressure and meet timelines.
- Comfortable learning new software quickly.
