About the Role

The Account Director is the first line of contact between clients and Condé Nast, responsible for driving advertising revenue and partnerships. This role involves ideating, selling, negotiating, and delivering integrated programs across multiple platforms, serving as a Brand Ambassador at industry events.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with key advertising decision-makers at agency and client levels.
  • Identify new programs to engage existing clients and drive new business.
  • Develop and manage short and long-term account plans for key clients.
  • Provide accurate and timely business reporting, including revenue estimates, annual projections, and share of market analysis.
  • Partner with Editorial and Product teams to deliver new advertising opportunities.

Requirements

  • 5 years of consultative integrated (multi-channel) sales experience with proven ability to navigate.
  • Experience developing and selling Custom Content and Experiential Programs.
  • Ability to manage and grow an existing base of business while continuing to drive new business.
  • Must be a closer.
  • Strong drive to beat targets, relentlessly positive attitude, and incredible work ethic.
  • Detail-oriented with great communication skills.
  • Passion for Condé Nast brands and the Automotive, Spirits, Media, and Entertainment categories.
