About the Role

Vogue is seeking a Coordinating Producer to join their dynamic, fast-paced creative team. This role works closely with Senior Producers, Creative Producers, and Directors on all video productions, reporting into the Executive Producer for Vogue Video. The ideal candidate has experience creating and executing high-concept digital videos, understands production best practices, and consistently delivers exceptional results.

Responsibilities

  • Understand digital video, creative, and production for all projects.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitasking to meet multiple tight deadlines.
  • Produce all assigned shoots and be present on-set.
  • Manage or support production load-in/strike.
  • Oversee the entire production process from treatment to final delivery, with supervision.
  • Oversee the production of approximately 3-5 series.
  • Conduct thorough research and become an expert in the field.
  • Lead all project kick-off calls and documentation.
  • Clearly communicate all deadlines to relevant parties and proactively address delays.
  • Ensure creative stakeholders deliver final treatments, outlines, and scripts on schedule.
  • Plan and draft schedules for film shoots, coordinate travel, and manage call sheets.
  • Participate in brainstorms and creative sessions.
  • Work professionally and discreetly with talent and talent teams.
  • Communicate shoot details (location updates, reminders, interview questions, schedule updates) to internal and external crews.
  • Scout locations and studios, and coordinate walkthroughs or site visits.
  • Demonstrate knowledge or basic understanding of production costs and collaborate with the Production Management team on budgets and crew outreach.
  • Manage or support the post-production process, collecting creative notes and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Work with the Associate Producer and Production Management to ensure all materials are cleared and released.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience producing and developing digital videos on various platforms.

Skills

  • Demonstrated aptitude to work closely with internal and external producers.
  • Understanding of production and post-production workflow.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working with celebrity talent.
  • Experience managing a slate of multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Team player with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Ability to meet hard deadlines.
  • Leads by example.
