About the Role
Join our GTM team as a Senior/Principal Consultant, focusing on commercial roles within high-growth tech businesses. This is a buoyant desk with a track record of success in a high-growth, high-impact market that demands high fees, making it commercially attractive. You will advise clients on key hires that shape their growth and work within a culture that values fun, freedom, and accountability.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage an engaged network of relevant clients and candidates within the Marketing industry.
- Consistently develop existing client relationships, proactively maximizing business opportunities and increasing market share.
- Manage a full-cycle recruitment process.
- Provide thought leadership to ensure understanding of the relationship between activity and results.
- Manage complex negotiations.
- Work within a team to deliver on individual and team targets.
- Positively promote the 3Search brand in the market.
- Act as a role model and mentor for new staff, demonstrating values and work ethic while assisting junior recruiters.
- Support manager with training, standing in when required, and driving initiatives and company values.
Requirements
- Demonstrated success in delivering against individual revenue targets.
- Successfully worked as a 360 recruiter in an agency.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in matching candidates/clients.
- Maintain high levels of motivation to achieve development goals.
- Aspires to be a thought leader in their sector.
