About the Role

The OTC Coordinator will be part of the Order to Cash team, supporting the OTC Manager in managing the end-to-end Order to Cash process. This role involves direct contact with Sales and Strategy teams and requires building strong relationships with customers to ensure timely invoice collection and achieve cash targets.

Responsibilities

  • Follow up with customers to ensure timely payments.
  • Identify, track, manage, and investigate delinquent customer accounts.
  • Coordinate with billing, AR, and sales teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of adjustments, discounts, and revisions.
  • Keep records of all customer communications to build individual debtor cases.
  • Use Workday to monitor and update outstanding accounts.
  • Support accurate application of cash remittances.
  • Support account receivable activities and entries posted.
  • Assist the offshore AR team with their tasks.

Requirements

  • Understanding of the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process, including order processing, invoicing, billing, collections, and cash application.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Excel.
  • Familiarity with OTC-related software, ERP systems, and CRM tools.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers, sales teams, and finance departments.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and effectively manage time and resources.
